Who We Serve We offer mental health therapy across the lifespan, tailoring our approach to meet the developmental and emotional needs of each age group: Children (Ages 3–12) Young children often express themselves through behavior and play rather than words. Our therapists use play therapy and parent-child interventions to help children explore emotions, build regulation skills, and improve behavior. We work closely with caregivers to ensure progress continues at home and in school. Common concerns addressed in childhood:

Anxiety, fears, or separation issues

Teens & Adolescents (Ages 13–17) Adolescence is a time of major transition—emotionally, socially, and developmentally.
