What is the Referral Process for MH and OT
MH Services
We have some insurances that due require a PCP referral. There for, the clinic across the board, requires a referral from the clients primary care physician (PCP).
OT Services
We are required to have a referral from the PCP for all OT services before we can do the initial evaluation or start weekly sessions.

What is the wait time for services?
MH Services
The wait times for services for MH very on the openings for each therapist and the type of insurance the client has. We strive to her the clients sees as soon as we have openings and prefer to get their initial session and weekly sessions scheduled at the same time. If we only have an opening for the initial session then the weekly sessions go on the scheduling wait list. As soon as a weekly slot is open we contact back to get the weekly sessions scheduled.

OT have specific guidelines regarding when we can see the clients. It may take the PCP's office two or more weeks to get their referral in to us. Once we receive the referral the evaluating therapist reaches out the the legal guardian to get the initial evaluation scheduled.
